Opuz is a powerful cloud-based software solution designed to transform facilities management, compliance, and workforce coordination. Opuz has grown into a comprehensive platform serving various industries. Built from real-world challenges, not assumptions, it empowers building owners, managers, and service providers with tools for planned maintenance, reactive helpdesk management, risk mitigation, workforce scheduling, budget control, and seamless third-party integrations, including IoT smart building solutions.
As part of the Opuz SaaS platform upgrade, we moved from a legacy system with standalone client instances storing files in web folders to a modern multi-tenancy architecture. Opuz’s successful integration with Facilities-iQ gives it a competitive edge in the CaFM market, distinguishing it as one of the leading solutions in the industry. The platform, which started as a solution to SMS Environmental’s pain points, has become a powerful tool available to the broader market. The system’s development was driven by the very people who use it, ensuring that it meets the real needs of facilities management professionals.
